He was as an outpatient mental health care provider for the VA center in Bath, New York for over four years.

I am Board Certified by the American Nurses Credentialing Center as a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC) across the lifespan. My professional experience includes working in surgical trauma units and psychiatric units, and I have experience in caring for developmentally delayed populations with mental illness. Additionally, I have worked at the VA hospital in Salt Lake City, providing care to veterans. My professional interests lie in working with trauma patients, as well as individuals with anxiety, depression, and various other mental health needs.

I hold certification General Adult Psychiatry as well as in Integrative and Holistic Medicine and was trained in the bio-psycho-social model of human development. I offer primarily medication management and will enjoy working in coordination with your usual therapist and when necessary, with physicians of other specialties. I often incorporate knowledge from my integrative and holistic background, including Asian theories of health, with more conventional care of patients. My preferred style of medication management is to carefully seek the lowest doses that are still consistent with full return of function.

He went through a very dark period which led him to places he never wanted to go. He turned his life around just prior to his 21st birthday. He started taking classes at community college and later completed a BS honors degree in Biochemistry. He then went on to Medical School, Internship and Residency. He worked in an Urgent Care setting until 2017 when he became the Medical Director at Columbia River Mental Health Services.
