She completed her residency at University of Texas Health San Antonio, and served as Chief Resident during her final year. Dr. Rosenthal completed her forensic psychiatry fellowship at the University of Colorado. She is a board certified physician in general adult psychiatry by the American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology.
