I am a Harvard and Mount Sinai trained, double-board certified child, adolescent and adult psychiatrist. I provide evidence based treatment to all ages through psychotherapy and medication management. I have a special interest in academic difficulties, family dynamics and professional burnout. My therapeutic approach with children focuses on play therapy, in combination with developmentally appropriate cognitive and psychodynamic therapies. For adolescents and adults, I provide CBT, psychodynamic and supportive therapy. Treatment is tailored to the unique strengths and values of each individual.
As a child, adolescent and adult psychiatrist, I have extensive experience treating ADHD, anxiety and depressive disorders throughout the lifespan. I work closely with schools, pediatricians/primary care physicians, specialists and individual therapists.
