My style is warm, collaborative, and nonjudgmental. I strive to create a space where curiosity, reflection, and genuine self-discovery can emerge.
I offer in-person appointments in Winter Garden, FL as well as virtual psychotherapy throughout Florida and Illinois, and welcome individuals from all backgrounds, including members of the LGBTQ+ community.
