Dr. Brody is an experienced Board Certified Psychiatrist with specialties in treating adults, adolescents, and children. His neighborhood practice treats individuals with ADHD, mood disorders, including depression and anxiety, as well as situational and family/social related disorders. He uses individual psychotherapy with an eclectic/supportive approach and will prescribe medication as needed. His focus is on creating a warm trusting environment to help his patients feel free to be as open and honest as possible.
Dr. Brody helps his patients find the underlying issues that may be causing them disturbances in their mood and or their behavior. Since the Pandemic, most of his practice is virtual, but he also sees people in person in his home office.
Dr. Brody attended NYU-Bellview for Medical School, Cornell University for his Internship and Residency and Georgetown University Medical Center for an additional Fellowship in Child and Adolescent Psychiatry.
