For over 30 years, I’ve had the privilege of helping people with a vast array of emotional issues. I utilize my understanding of my patients’ past and current life situations, and what I see happening within the therapeutic relationship, to help my patients achieve their goals. I trained to be a psychiatrist and then sub-specialized in psychoanalysis, which is a form of intensive talking therapy. I bring special skills to each encounter with my patients, trying to listen not only to what is said, but also to what is beneath the surface. I then share my understanding with my patients to help them make desired life changes.
