I'm passionate about supporting my clients through emerging young adulthood, all phases of adulthood, pregnancy, the postpartum period, and menopause. Furthermore, I practice integrative psychiatry by being open to underlying physiological causes of mental illnesses and including with nutraceuticals and alternative treatment with pharmacotherapy.
I specialize in a myriad of disorders including anxiety disorder ( Generalized Anxiety, OCD, PTSD, Social Anxiety), depressive disorder, insomnia, maternal psychiatry. I have had training in both CBT and DBT which I infuse through supportive therapy during each session.
