Hi there! I am a psychiatric nurse practitioner with experience in inpatient, crisis, and outpatient psychiatric care. I work with individuals ready to make meaningful change and step more fully into the life they want. I take a collaborative, goal-oriented approach, helping clients build insight, challenge unhelpful patterns, and develop practical tools for growth. I especially enjoy working with young adults finding their direction, busy adults balancing multiple roles, and older adults navigating life transitions—all with a focus on strengthening resilience, clarity, and confidence.
Our initial session is a 60-minute appointment focused on getting to know you and understanding your needs. We will complete a comprehensive assessment that includes your current concerns, past mental health history, medical background, and relevant family and social factors, along with anything else you feel is important to share.
I began my nursing career in medical-surgical care to build a strong foundation in the physical aspects of health, and later transitioned into inpatient psychiatry, where I had the privilege of supporting individuals during some of their most vulnerable moments. I now practice in outpatient psychiatry.
