Hi, I'm Agnelyne Ndifor, DNP, PMHNP-BC, a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner with experience in emergency and outpatient psychiatric care. I work with adolescents and adults navigating anxiety, depression, ADHD, trauma, mood disorders, stress, and life transitions. Many of my clients seek a safe space to feel heard without judgment, learn to manage their emotions, and regain balance and confidence. As a young Black woman and minority provider, I understand the importance of culturally sensitive care, and I strive to create an environment where clients feel comfortable being their authentic selves.
My approach is collaborative, supportive, and tailored to each individual's unique needs and goals. I combine evidence-based treatment, medication management, psychoeducation, and therapeutic techniques to help clients gain insight, develop healthier coping skills, and create meaningful, lasting change.
