I am an ANCC board-certified psychiatric mental health Nurse practitioner and an adult-gerontology Nurse practitioner. I graduated from Wilmington University with a Doctor of Nursing Practice, as well as University of Texas Rio Grande Valley and Maryville University. I endeavor to provide individualized, patient-centered and for each individual's mental health goals as well as helping them achieve a full life while incorporating cultural awareness in each individualized care and plan.
I treat various mental health concerns, including Schizophrenia, Bipolar Disorder, Depression, Anxiety, PTSD, Eating Disorders, OCD, and ADHD, among others. I provide mental health service med management to individuals six years old and above. I also strive to provide an accepting, judgment-free environment for all seeking mental health help.
My dual certification allows me to attend to each patient individually, paying particular attention to individual needs including life experiences and medication concerns. My approach to each patient is with warmth, patience, and helpful explanations facilitating treatment and the patient's sense of comfort and trust. I listen and empower my clients.
