My name is Aeisha Fobb, MSN, APRN, PMHNP-BC, and I am a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner with a passion for helping individuals achieve emotional wellness and long-term mental health stability. My healthcare journey began in 2006 as a Certified Nursing Assistant and has evolved through roles as a Licensed Practical Nurse, Registered Nurse, and now a psychiatric nurse practitioner. Each step has strengthened my commitment to providing compassionate, evidence-based care. As the founder of Mindful Connect I provide comprehensive psychiatric evaluations and medication management for adolescents and adults.

My goal is to create a safe, judgment-free environment where patients feel heard, respected, and empowered to participate in their treatment. I believe that effective mental health care begins with building trusting relationships and developing individualized treatment plans that address each person’s unique needs and goals. We also offer Gene Sight testing.

I have worked in a variety of healthcare settings, including hospitals, long-term care facilities, assisted living communities, correctional facilities, and private practice. I have experience caring for individuals from diverse backgrounds while treating psychiatric conditions, including depression, anxiety, bipolar, PTSD and ADHD.
