Hello! Welcome to my practice. I work with child and adult psychiatry. Mental health issues have a profound effect on home life, school, work, and friendships. Most visits are in person at this time. Telehealth will continue to be available on an as needed basis. Dr. Kevin DiCesare is a board-certified psychiatrist, treating adults. He received his undergraduate degree at Harvard University, his medical degree at the University of Massachusetts Medical School, and then went on to train at Maine Medical Center for his psychiatric residency. He has 22 years of expertise in diagnosing and treating psychiatric conditions, including depression, anxiety, Bipolar spectrum disorders, adjustment problems, ADHD and other disorders.

Hollie-Anne Stanwood received her Undergraduate at University of Maine Fort Kent. Upon completion of her board exam she worked in multiple acute care settings over the course of 5 years. These include, Acute Cardiac Care, ICU, ED, PACU, Outpatient Surgery along with settling as a RN in a psychiatric outpatient medication management clinic before finishing her masters. During this time Hollie-Anne attended Walden University where she completed her Master's of Nursing degree. Hollie-Anne now practices as a Board Certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner in the State of Maine.

Gwen Duffield is a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner with over 7 years experience specializing in Medication Management of clients ages 21 to 60 years. She enjoys spending time in nature. She received her Masters of Science in Nursing from Husson University. She worked for Indian Health Service, practicing in Down East Maine. She also practiced in York Maine. She enjoys integrating Holistic Approaches, collaborating with therapists and other treatment providers. Her treatment is culturally informed.

My approach is to work with you collaboratively and respectfully to improve your emotional well-being. Together we will clarify your personal goals in a safe and caring space, and work towards reaching them. This process will take into account the "big picture" of your unique experiences (biological, psychological, social, cultural, and spiritual) and help you move forward with your life. Welcome to Eastern Sky Wellness, a telepsychiatry practice for adult residents of Maine. I offer diagnostic and medication services for adults with conditions such as anxiety, depression, trauma, bipolar spectrum, and ADHD. Clients who come to me are often feeling overwhelmed, stressed, and are looking for support. They might be on medication that isn't working and want another opinion, or perhaps want to explore the idea of discontinuing current long-term medication(s). Dr. Jennifer Snowden completed medical school at the University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences in Little Rock, Arkansas in 1995. She then completed a residency in general psychiatry at Emory University in Atlanta, Georgia followed by a fellowship in forensic psychiatry also at Emory University in Atlanta, Georgia from 1995-2000. She spent ten years practicing forensic psychiatry at a state hospital in Atlanta. She then decided that she wanted to travel and spent eighteen months as a locum tenens psychiatrist primarily practicing in New England.

I allocate 90 minutes for intake appointments and 30 minutes for follow-up visits as well as communication via direct message. I completed my Master's in Psychiatric Nursing at the University of So. Maine and obtained my Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner certification through a Post Master's program at Husson College.

Dr. Amber Frank is board certified in Adult Psychiatry. She received her medical degree from Harvard Medical School and completed her residency training at the Cambridge Health Alliance/Harvard Medical School Adult Psychiatry Training Program. Dr. Frank believes in a holistic approach to patient care. She strives to understand and treat every patient using a framework that includes not just the biological (medical), but also the psychological, social, environmental, and cultural elements that may contribute to an individual person’s experience of mental health and wellness.

I have been practicing as a psychiatric nurse practitioner for more than 20 years. I employ evidence based treatments to serve adults with depression, anxiety, panic disorder, OCD, bipolar disorder, psychosis, PTSD, ADHD, and other conditions. Medication management is a substantial focus of my practice, but I also offer psychotherapy in the setting of a 30 minute visit or in the more traditional 45 minute session.
