I provide comprehensive mental health services to adults, adolescents and couples. For patients who have complex needs such as multiple medical or mental health diagnoses, who have seen many previous practitioners with no results, or who do not want to see multiple providers or need integrated care with a single person they trust, my practice is an ideal fit. I have specialty training in mood disorders, personality disorders, neurodivergence in all its forms, and working with other providers including physicians, lawyers, estate planners, neuropsychologists, and care managers as well as . I am happy to provide in-home services.

Welcome! I'm Stephanie Reed, a board-certified Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner in the state of California. My practice focuses on helping people through a combination of medication (if needed) and other lifestyle or behavioral interventions that may help recovery and reaching personal goals. I treat adults of all ages for a broad range of conditions, with a particular interest in anxiety, depression, bipolar disorder, ADHD, and PTSD. I use an eclectic approach to helping people uncover and understand the nature of the struggles they are having and help us come to an effective treatment plan together.

Please note I only see patients who live in CA or NY and who are under 65 years of age. I can complete Autism and ADHD assessments if you are looking for that.

I am a board-certified psychiatrist as well as a psycho-oncologist who treats adults of all ages. I help adults of all ages work through their problems, including (but not limited to) depression, anxiety, stress, relationship issues, job loss, bereavement, and coping with illness. I am a psychiatrist that also practices psychotherapy and treatment may consist of talk therapy, medications, or both. Abbey is a Board-Certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner, who graduated from California State University, Long Beach. She has over 20 years of experience working in the field of mental health with children, adolescents, families and adults. Abbey offers a range of assessment and treatment strategies to address mental, emotional and behavioral concerns. Each person is unique and Abbey uses a collaborative approach working as partners to achieve a person's optimal mental wellness, empowering the individual on their healing journey.

My practice includes medication management of adults ages 18 and over. I have specialty training and research in college and student athlete mental health. I have a particular interest in working with young adults to build a healthy foundation to achieve their goals. In addition to medication management, my approach to mental health care involves addressing overall health and well-being, including eating habits, exercise, sleep-hygiene, cultivating healthy relationships, and finding meaning in our day to day life.
