I can prescribe medications when appropriate for my psychotherapy patients, but my primary focus is psychotherapy. I am not available for medication management only. I prefer in person sessions but depending upon circumstances, will consider online or a hybrid of both.

For some, our sessions are primarily focused on psychotherapy, problem solving and encouraging healthy lifestyle changes. For others, we focus more on medication management. Regardless of the approach, the goal is to reduce suffering and improve functioning so that people are better able to lead their lives.
