I provide a holistic approach to care, offering support through psychotherapy ("skills"), biology (which can mean "pills"), and behaviors (e.g., healthy activities). For some people, one of those tools is enough to improve, but for many, all 3 may be needed. If medications are used, I generally try to use the lowest number & dosages that are helpful.
