As a Holistic Health Practitioner and Life Coach, with both a medical and mental health background, I specialize in assessing and treating anxiety, insomnia, mood disorders and attention deficit/hyperactivity disorder. I provide both medication and supplement evaluation and management with a special focus on genetic testing and balancing neurotransmitters. Once our brains are healthier and better balanced, mental and physical health follow naturally. That’s when therapy and skill building can really start to take effect.
One of the areas I focus on is neurotransmitter testing and treatment as a way to help people safely come off medications, reduce their dependency on them, or avoid them altogether. My specialty is helping people craft a personal plan to get and stay healthy on all levels to set themselves up for a successful life.
With over 20 years of experience in mental health I help people with life skills development, including stress management, life transitions, communication and relationship challenges. My goal is to help you achieve vibrant health in mind, body and spirit!
