Gloria Fallon, PMHCNS-BC is a board certified psychiatric Clinical Nurse Specialist in the field of Child and Adolescent psychiatry and therapy. Gloria is compassionate, seasoned and knowledgeable about the safe use of psychiatric medications children and adults. She received her Masters in Nursing from the Yale University School of Nursing with an emphasis on women, families, and children in 2001. Her extensive work experience includes a Harvard Fellowship at HVMA (now Atrius), McLean Psychiatric Hospital and Cambridge Health Alliance. She currently works in private practice via telehealth as well as the company Lifestance Inc.

I’m a psychiatrist double boarded in Adult and Child and Adolescent Psychiatry. I have over 25 years of experience working with children, adolescents, and adults from ages 5 through 65. My undergraduate training was at Harvard University, my medical school training was at Boston University, my 4 year Adult Psychiatry Residency was at Walter Reed, and my 2 year Child and Adolescent Psychiatry Fellowship was at Duke University, where I was Chief Fellow. I worked at Duke University and Womack Army Medical Center as an Adult Psychiatrist, then as a Child, Adolescent, and Adult Psychiatrist for the past 20 years.

I have 20 years experience working with children, adolescents, young adults, and their families as a board certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner and a Pediatric Primary Care Nurse Practitioner. My practice uses a whole person approach connecting mental health and medicine, mind and body. I collaborate with other professionals such as therapists, psychologists, psychiatrists, guidance counselors, teachers, and family members (with your consent). Clients are encouraged to engage with a therapist, recognizing that this is a personal choice.

Harmony Bay is a psychiatry and therapy office that provides primary mental health treatment programs for psychiatric conditions such as depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder, PTSD, and ADHD. We offer a clean, bright environment with a calming and positive tone. We offer programs and services for both therapy and psychiatry including individual therapy, group therapy, couples therapy, and medication management.

They would be receptive to treatment suggestions which may include psychotherapy, behavioral interventions, and medication options. My patients would take an active role in their care, and engage in open and honest communication with their provider.

My 17 years of professional medical experience include outpatient care and inpatient care; including both general hospital and mental health facilities. Having been trained and employed by McLean Hospital, an affiliate of Harvard Medical School, I learned a great deal about a wide variety of mental health conditions.

Dr. Bijoy Mathew is a knowledgeable clinician who is committed to creating a successful and therapeutic relationship by building trust with his patients. He is caring and compassionate, and seeks to collaborate to deliver the best individualized care. He earned his medical degree at Johns Hopkins University School of Medicine. He did his psychiatric training at Columbia University Medical Center where he completed his residency in General Adult Psychiatry and his fellowship in Child and Adolescent Psychiatry.

I am double board-certified in Psychiatry and Addiction Medicine. I believe in using both medication when indicated as well as therapy. I was trained in CBT and was given the Excellence in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy during my residency program. I use supportive therapy with each client I see. During my residency I served as Chief Resident and was awarded the Overall Excellence in Psychiatry Award as well as the Clinical Excellence Award.

She is skilled in assessing patients' needs and collaborating with them to develop individualized treatment plans that address their unique needs.

Most people are getting their psychiatric prescription from their general practitioner. This may be enough for some, but not all people affected by mental illness.
