I work with various diagnosis including major depressive disorder, generalized anxiety, social anxiety, ADHD, bipolar disorder, OCD, and adjustment disorders. I find it best to use a combination of medication management, CBT, coaching, and mindfulness therapies to help you reach your goals.
I am board certified as a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC). I am available for medication management and coaching.
