As a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner, I feel thankful to walk alongside people during some of their most vulnerable seasons. My approach is collaborative, compassionate, and grounded in evidence-based care. I am passionate about helping people reconnect with themselves — to regain steadiness, clarity, and confidence — so they can show up fully as the parents, partners, friends, and professionals they want to be.

I believe meaningful mental health care is built on trust, curiosity, and collaboration. Each person brings unique experiences, strengths, and insight into their own life. My role is not only to provide clinical expertise, but to listen carefully, offer education, and create a space where you feel understood and empowered.

I am committed to staying grounded in current evidence-based practices, while also helping patients better understand their symptoms, treatment options, and the “why” behind recommendations.
