Please be aware, though, that you must be seen once in-person for any prescribing to happen past April 11, 2023. In-person appointment times are available on Wednesdays and Thursdays from 12pm to 8pm. Our Seattle office is located on the waterfront overlooking Elliott Bay at 101 Elliott Avenue West. We are on the top floor of the building in Suite 500. Parking is available underneath the building.
