Quality of care is a priority.Patients are provided with round-the-clock access to their treating clinicians for emergencies and urgencies that cannot wait.
Treatment at PFCA often includes both the psychiatrist and the nurse practioner. Patient preference is an integral part of that treatment. When a patient is seen by more than one clinician, regular meetings are held for coordination of care. At all times, treatment is under the direction of Dr. Fernandez
Certified in General psychiatry, Adolescent psychiatry, Addiction Psychiatry and Psychopharmacolgy (two certifications), Dr Fernandez is highly trained in the area of brain neurochemical inbalances. He is also a Distinguished Fellow of the American Psychiatric Association.
