Hello! I am a board-certified Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner with experience in psychiatric evaluation and medication management. Nneka O Godwin is a board-certified psychiatric and Family nurse practitioner with experiences in family practice, post-acute care medicine, telepsychiatry, and addiction medicine. She is flexible and uses an integrative approach in managing a wide range of mental health concerns such as ADHD, PTSD, OCD, anxiety disorder, schizophrenia, depression, substance use disorder, eating disorder, and mood disorder.

Dr. Allison Jackson is a Harvard-trained board-certified psychiatrist who opened MindfulMD as a way to provide individually tailored, compassionate psychiatric care for her patients. She is accepting new patients in Florida (in-person and virtual) and Massachusetts (virtual only). She has experience treating a wide variety of conditions such as depression, anxiety, ADHD, sleep issues, sexual health issues, bipolar disorder, PTSD, derm-psych conditions i.e. skin picking and trichotillomania, and many more. She also has worked with patients on managing stress related to relationships, illness, burnout, grief, career, or identity.

I have more than 20 years of clinical experience working In academia and private practice. I am a board certified psychiatrist affiliated with Children’s Hospital and I am assistant professor of Psychiatry at Harvard Medical School. I am a graduate of Temple University Hospital in adult psychiatry and Children’s Hospital, Boston in adolescent psychiatry. I work with young adult ages 17 and above. My experience is over 16 years providing patient care for adults, and the elderly at the inpatient acute psychiatric units and, outpatient mental health setting. I have worked with integrated behavioral health primary care clinics, community, and federal qualified health centers, and private practices.

I am a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner with over 25 years of experience in the Mental Health field. My experience includes inpatient and outpatient psychiatry. I am dually certified as an Adult Psychiatric Mental Health Clinical Nurse Specialist and Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner across the life span by the American Nurses Credentialing Center (ANCC). Graduated from Pontifical Catholic University of Puerto Rico, and University of Miami. I am currently providing Tele-Psychiatry services for Massachusetts, and New York.

Dr. Toppelberg is an experienced, Harvard-trained child, adolescent and adult psychiatrist, usually working with ages 3-30. He evaluates and treats emotional/ behavioral difficulties including ADHD, depression, trauma, stress, anxiety, and selective mutism, and those preventing weight loss. He has focused on issues of performance at work, study and competitive sports. He regularly works with tour-level tennis players and other professional and student athletes. He is an expert in neurodevelopmental disabilities, as well as learning and language disabilities. He runs psychiatric services at an excellent school for children/adolescents with autism and other neurodevelopmental disabilities, the prestigious New England Center for Children.
