I am a dual board-certified nurse practitioner in Family and Psychiatric Mental Health. My patient’s well-being, safety are of the upmost importance. My goal is to care for the community by providing a holistic approach that centered around medication management, emotional and spiritual well-being and meeting my clients where they are. Prior to obtaining a doctorate in nursing practice, I was a special educator for five years.

Matthew Griffin is a board-certified Physician Assistant (PA-C) who has worked in Psychiatry in multiple different capacities. He started his medical career as a Nursing Assistant in Geriatric Psychiatry while in his undergrad. Soon after graduating from Bridgewater State University in 2016, with a Bachelors in Health, he went on to a Physician Assistant graduate program. He graduated with his Masters in Physician Assistant Studies from New York Institute of Technology in 2020 and soon after began his Psychiatric Physician Assistant career.

I graduated from Borough of Manhattan College, City University of New York with honors in 1994 with an ASN. Also graduated from Medgar Evers College with honors with a BSN. I am a hospitalist with experience all across the medical, and psychiatry platform. I also have experience in internal medicine and Primary Care. I am also BCLS, ACLS, certified and have professional affiliation, with AANP, and MNA.
