Habiba Mzougui is a Board Certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner with 15 years of experience treating patients across the lifespan. She is a graduate of Drexel University. She has cared for adults and children living with depression, anxiety, trauma, and childhood-related conditions such as ADHD, emotional dysregulation/anger management, learning, and behavioral challenges. NP Mzougui is passionate about the mental health of children and families. She believes the individual or family is the expert on their life, and collaboration with families results in the best outcome.

I am a psychiatrist who works with patients who are struggling with mental health problems. I provide comprehensive psychiatric evaluations as well as evidenced and empirically-based medication management. I consider my approach to be psychopharmacologically conservative and minimalist. What this means is that I aim to minimize the use of medication, and recommend that my patients have a psychotherapist as well. I have a network of excellent therapists that include social workers, counselors, coaches and psychologists with whom I work closely.

Dr. Xiaojing Shi is a board-certified general adult psychiatrist. She is a dedicated and experienced community outpatient psychiatrist who graduated from Rutgers New Jersey Medical School Psychiatry Residency Program, formerly worked as an outpatient psychiatrist and a faculty of Case Western Reserve University in Department of Psychiatry, MetroHealth System in Cleveland. She has working experience in treating depression, bipolar disorder, schizophrenia, obsessive compulsive disorder, anxiety, ADHD, dementia and many other psychiatric diseases. She provides psychiatric evaluation, medication management and therapeutic services.

Nicole works with individuals throughout the lifespan whom are looking to gain insight into themselves and improve their quality of life. She seeks to understand each individual holistically, including their backgrounds and the strengths they already possess to provide an individualized approach.

Dr. Sheila Cannon is a board-certified Clinical Nurse Specialist in psychiatric mental health (PMHCNS), a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP), and an approved buprenorphine provider. Dr. Cannon's experiences in psychiatry have spanned over 36 years in advanced practice roles and as senior directors in various inpatient psychiatric arenas. Bernard Nosanchuk is a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner in Pennsylvania who has been practicing since 1995. She completed her Psychiatric Residency at Thomas Jefferson University Hospital in 2015 and has worked in Delaware serving the mental health needs of her home state since that time. Dr. Figgs was a member of the United States Army Reserves from 2013-2021 and has worked on base at Fort Hood, TX and at the Wilmington VA Medical Center, giving her extensive experience in treating members of the military and their unique mental health issues.
