I am a board-certified, academically oriented child, adolescent, and adult psychiatrist who provides psychotherapy and medication management services to clients located in Pennsylvania, New Jersey, and Delaware. I use a comprehensive, collaborative, and holistic approach. Please note that I am only providing services through telemedicine and I am not in-network with any insurance providers.

I have great passion and experience in offering unique individualized treatment/management of varying mental health conditions including Bipolar Disorder, Anxiety, Depression, ADD/ADHD, Schizophrenia, Disruptive mood disregulatory disorder, ASD, Insomia and more. I am dual board certified in Family and mental health specialties thus I have great insight in treating the above conditions with excellent knowledge base on how the mental health informs the medical/physical health. My philosophy and the way of treating patients is to let them know from the beginning that I am just another person in the world, just like they are. Nothing makes me invincible to any mental health disorder (anxiety, depression, OCD, etc.) When we start talking about treatment plans and medications are involved versus going all natural treatment (which I have resources to share with others for this as well). Either way, the patient ultimately chooses their treatment plans and goals with me. Ellin believes in a holistic, collaborative approach that includes pharmacologic and nonpharmacologic interventions. She focuses on medication management with children, adolescents, and young adults.

Dr. Dia Arpon is a Psychiatrist in Delaware who has been practicing since 2006. Dr. Arpon provides empathy, knowledge, experience, family medicine and general psychiatry training. Dr. Cannon's experiences in psychiatry have spanned over 36 years in advanced practice roles and as senior directors in various inpatient psychiatric arenas. She has been an RN for 38 years and an educator for 27 years. Dr. Cannon offers medication management, psychotherapeutic interventions, and psychotherapy across the lifespan. She specializes in all psychiatric disorders and prior work in TF-CBT and women issues work.

Norman Broudy, MD is a multidisciplinary, outpatient group practice dedicated to the evaluation and treatment of mental health problems in children, adolescents, adults and families. Our staff includes 5 experienced child adolescent and adult psychiatrists, nurse practitioners and 21 therapists including child and adult therapists, family therapists, psychologists, and other mental health practitioners. I offer a tele-psychiatry based practice located in PA, MD and DE for clients stable for outpatient services and offer client centered and compassionate care while having exemplary skills, but passion and understanding.
