I maintain a specialized focus on affirming, evidence-based care for LGBTQ+ individuals & people of color.
My clinical work bridges neuroscience, nutrition, and psychiatry. I am a board-certified PMHNP & UPenn Ph.D. candidate. I am Harvard-certified in Nutritional Psychiatry with Advanced training in Microbiome. Treatment integrates nutritional interventions, culturally informed psychotherapy, and psychopharmacology (when clinically indicated).
