My name is Dr. Adena Blickstein, your family's mental health fairy godmother. I treat your children as I would my own. Over 15 years in clinical practice I founded the Attunement Model of Care which promotes family bonding as a method to prevent and reverse child mental illness. We have see 95% decreased rates of depression and anxiety in children ages 6-16 as well as improved confidence and decreased frustration in parents. I believe that healing happens through mind, body, spirit and relationships. I specialize in helping children and families end conflict to restore love and joy. My holistic approach to treating conditions such as depression, anxiety, ADHD, autism, bipolar, screen addiction and more involves minimal medication, somatic work and parental attunement training.
