Welcome! I'm a board-certified psychiatrist dedicated to helping you find the path to healing through both psychotherapy and personalized medication management. I'm on faculty at Harvard Medical School and McLean hospital. In my confidential private practice, you'll receive individualized care in a safe, non-judgmental space. Whether you're new to therapy or have tried different approaches without finding what you're looking for, I’m here to work collaboratively with you. I specialize in helping individuals with depression, anxiety, unresolved trauma, or BPD.
I use evidence-based therapies such as Mentalization Based Therapy (MBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), which are designed to help you better manage your emotions, build healthier relationships, and find stability in your life. For those with a history of trauma, I also offer Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR).
Change is hard. I appreciate that there is not a one size fits all approach. My goal is to get you better so that you can "become your own therapist" and no longer need therapy.
