I have about 20 years of combined healthcare experience. From a nursing assistant to Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner. Also, as a veteran of the U.S. Army (currently in the U.S. Army Reserve), I pride myself on caring for military veterans, first responders, and healthcare workers. Finally, as a father of a young man, I take take special interest in working with young boys and men in navigating today's challenging environment.
On our first session, we will get to know each other by reviewing your health, social, behavioral health history. Discuss what the patient has found helpful in the past and what has not. Finally, set a goal/plan for the outcome of the therapeutic relationship.
