Seeking out mental health treatment can be a daunting process—one involving exploration of identity and major life transitions. I enjoy working with patients navigating the impact of life transitions (starting a new career, adjusting to a new school, ending/beginning relationships, experiencing loss, adjusting to medical illness) on their overall mental health. I have significant experience working with individuals of diverse backgrounds (LGBTQIA+ affirming) and strive to understand your unique community and family system. My treatment approach is strengths-based and comprehensive.
I offer both in-person (in Beverly Hills and Santa Monica) and virtual care (via Zoom, throughout California). I aim to provide comprehensive and evidence-based treatment. Patients can elect for either medication management alone or in combination with individual therapy.
I have worked in a multitude of health systems, including emergency, inpatient, outpatient, PHP, IOP, VA, residential, and correctional settings. During training, I have received recognition for Clinical Excellence, Humanism in Medicine, and Resident Teaching. I appreciate you for prioritizing your mental health and seeking treatment.
