Evaluation visit with a medical doctor or nurse practitioner will be between $250-$300. Your insurance plan will determine the rates for your visit. Follow ups will be between $150-$200 for 20 min appts w/ psychotherapy add on code. Visits going over 30 min will be billed accordingly.

Reminder we do not send claims to insurances for this service, the test has a $350 out of pocket fee, we do not provide itemized receipts for this test.
