Hi, my name is Michele Graney, NP & I would welcome the opportunity to help you. I know that reaching out for help can feel awkward and it can take time to build comfort & trust. As an experienced NP, I do not believe in scheduling “speedy appointments” as this compromises quality of care. As an NP for over 23 years, I have enjoyed helping adolescents & adults with ADHD, Anxiety, Depression, Life Transitions, Panic Disorders, Social Anxiety & Sleep Issues. I specialize in helping clients with ADHD and Anxiety by offering tailored strategies to help clients manage their symptoms with combined psychotherapy, counseling & medication management.
My interest in psychiatry started from caring for patients with sleep disorders, chronic lung diseases and severe mental health issues. After becoming a mother to premature twins, this inspired me to become a Psychiatric NP. My combined professional & personal experience allows me to fully appreciate the importance of stress management & mental health.
