My name is Erin Fitzgerald and I am a double board-certified Family and Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (FNP/PMHNP). I am owner and CEO of "A Changing Tides For Wellness LLC". I am also on faculty at Chamberlin University teaching PMHNP students. I have worked in medicine since 1987, and have cared for all ages. As a PMHNP I have expertise treating multiple mental health disorders. I am proficient in utilizing the most up-to-date, evidenced-based knowledge to assess, diagnose and treat ADHD, Depression, Anxiety, Bipolar Disorders, Addiction, OCD and more.
We will work together to develop goals, build a plan of care, and monitor your progress. I offer a safe and confidential environment for medication management.
