Greetings! I am an established, local, and experienced provider. My primary treatment focus is the use of education, reasonable doses of medication , and therapy to treat and manage symptoms that are negatively affecting the quality of your life. It's important to me that your sessions are not rushed. You can choose between 30 minute or 1 hour appointments to address any questions or concerns you have. I want you to get the results and symptom relief you are looking for!
I enjoy treating PTSD , ADHD, anxiety, and depression. I also provide medication consultation, session planning, and therapeutic integration for psychedelic medicines. This includes unpacking previous experiences with psychedelics. Please note: I do not prescribe or facilitate acquiring any psychedelic substances.
I am often described as very direct, down to earth, and funny. I proudly live and work in Oregon which allows me to see patients via telehealth and in office as needed.
