When it comes to medications I believe that less is more. I see patients from all over NC via video appointments. I enjoy working with children and adults with ADHD, anxiety, depression and trauma survivors. I help people reclaim their personal power and sense of self by medication management, Empathy Based Supportive and Solution Focused Therapy, and lifestyle changes for greater personal balance. My office offers personal and expedient medical care and supportive psychotherapy.

Many of my patients like being able to see their doctor in the comfort and convenience of their own home, car, or office. I am out of network with insurance companies.
