Dr. Kotadia is a board-certified psychiatrist who completed his psychiatry residency training program at Nassau University Medical Center in Long Island, NY. After completing training, he has been practicing outpatient psychiatry and specializes in the evaluation and management of major psychiatric disorders including depression, and anxiety. Typically, he offers this in conjunction with supportive or emotionally focused therapy in 30-minute follow-up visits. However, occasionally Dr. Kotadia may believe that additional therapy is also needed and ask that you bring a therapist into your care team to provide the best outcome.

Dr. Harbir Sekhon is double board certified in child and adult psychiatry by the American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology, with distinction of Lifetime certification. He treats all psychiatric conditions for patients of all ages, specializing in mood-anxiety disorders, sleep disorders, sexual problems, internet/gambling/substance addictions as well as neuro-psychiatric problems from ADHD to Dementia. Dr. Sekhon performed his psychiatric internship at the Medical College of Wisconsin, and completed his residency in general psychiatry, fellowship in child psychiatry at the USF Morsani School of Medicine, Tampa.

Hello, my name is Dr. Tulsie Patel. I am a board certified psychiatrist. I graduated Cum Laude from Drexel University and attended the University of Miami Miller School of Medicine. I completed my psychiatry residency at the University of Texas Southwestern and served as Chief Resident. After graduation, I worked at clinics in California and Florida. I have experience in medication management, individual/group therapy, and transcranial magnetic stimulation. I am dedicated to providing personalized, patient-centered, and continuously evolving treatment.

Dr. Debbarma is double board certified in General Psychiatry and Addiction Medicine. Dr. Debbarma is also certified in mindfulness therapy. Prior to joining Talkiatry, she was working as an attending psychiatrist and teaching faculty in an academic hospital. She has experience managing diverse patients, ranging from chronic severe mental illness, dual diagnosis patients, crisis management and high functioning outpatients population.

I love working with patients who are ready for a change to become a better version of themselves. These days, there are so many treatment options available that there is no reason a person can't get completely or nearly completely better.

Dr. Patricia Klaine is an attending physician working at Talkiatry. She is board certified in adult psychiatry. After completing her training in adult psychiatry, she continued her education by completing a fellowship in consultation-liaison psychiatry which enables her to confidently treat patients with a variety of medical comorbidities. Dr. Klaine focuses on medication management. She offers this in addition to supportive psychotherapy in 30-minute follow-up visits. For some patients, it may be important to bring in additional psychotherapy for well-rounded care.

Dr. Kendra M. Scott is a native of Charleston, SC. She completed her undergraduate degree at the University of South Carolina where she majored in Biology and minored in Education. She completed her medical degree and psychiatry residency at the Medical University of South Carolina. Dr. Scott is a board-eligible psychiatrist and has worked for several years at the Veterans Administration providing medication management for various diagnoses including PTSD, Depression, Bipolar Disorder, and Anxiety.

Dr. Stefan has vast experience in multiple psychiatric care settings including outpatient care, inpatient care, and assertive community treatment and has served as medical director for large institutions, serving a wide range of complex mental illnesses. Her main focus is patient-centered care, adapting her role to the individual needs of her patients.

Dr. Laura Ginory is double boarded in child and adolescent psychiatry and adult psychiatry. She has been practicing for over 12 years. Dr. Ginory's practice focuses on medication management, which is offered in conjunction with supportive therapy offered in 30 min visit follow-up visits. Dr. Kristina Schnitzer is board-certified in Psychiatry and obtained her MPH from the Harvard T.H. Chan School of Public Health. She has been practicing for over 7 years. Dr. Schnitzer's practice focuses on medication management. Typically, she offers this in conjunction with supportive or emotionally focused therapy in 30-minute follow-up visits. Dr. Rodriguez is an adult psychiatrist, who is fluent in Spanish and English. She emphasizes psychoeducation in collaborating with patients to help tailor a personalized treatment plan. Dr. Rodriguez has a patient-centered approach, combined with a passion for optimizing sleep as part of managing psychiatric illness. She offers supportive therapy during medication management visits, and may also offer cognitive behavioral therapy and/or recommend adding a therapist to your care team to optimize outcomes.

Accepting new clients! As a PMHNP I am looking to grow my new Telehealth practice with clients who are unable to be seen at an in-person clinic. Providing visits via Telehealth allows clients the flexibility of conducting their visits virtually anywhere without the hassle of waiting for months to be seen by an in-person provider, all while still obtaining the same benefits, and with the same goal in mind, of improving mental health disorders.

Dr. Caitlin Gardiner is a board certified psychiatrist specializing in child and adolescent psychiatry and psychotherapy. Dr. Caitlin Gardiner's practice is based on the biopsychosocial model and believes that the foundation of healing is in psychotherapy and human connection. She is known for incorporating therapy into her medication management practice. Typically she offers 30-minute follow-up visits for medication management with focused therapy based on individual needs.

I embrace a diverse practice that ranges from adolescents through older adults in all ages and areas. I enjoy helping people that have struggled to find a way to peace and happiness. Perry appreciates listening and learning about a person and building a therapeutic relationship. I work with people who have never taken medications that are new to psychiatric treatment and medication management. I specialize in medication management via telehealth, using a secure platform.

Dr. Komarczyk is a board-eligible adult psychiatrist. She takes a special interest in developing the therapeutic alliance with each patient by providing an informative, encouraging, and holistic approach to mental health. At the heart of her practice is creating a warm, empathetic, and non-judgmental space that allows her to work collaboratively with her patients to help them achieve their goals.
