I Only treat adults with ADHD. I work with clients to improve self-awareness and emotional intelligence, enhance interpersonal relationships, increase self-confidence and assertiveness, develop and sustain healthy habits, manage stress, avoid burnout, and achieve peak performance and personal fulfillment. The first step could be to book an appointment. I don't accept insurance. I am a member of ASPARD, CHAD, ADDA, ADDitude, and other associations
I specialize in ADHD. I graduated in 2002, About 25 years, in conjunction with my private practice, I have experience in a wide range of settings including my faculty appointment at Mount Sinai and NYU. My private practice is full though I do make exceptions. I don't have a sliding scale and don't work with insurance.
