I work with all adults 18 and older, and I specialize in anxiety, lack of fulfillment, trauma, creativity/performance challenges, and spiritual & cultural issues.
I trained in General Psychiatry at Albert Einstein CoM, and I am adept in multiple forms of psychotherapy, specializing in AEDP. Whether you prefer a practical approach, feelings-based work, or if you're not sure--wherever you are is the best place to start. There are many paths towards healing and happiness, and we will choose and walk your path as a team.
