My realization from working with mental health, addiction & chronic pain plays an enormous role in my patient's quality of life. Addiction treatments with Suboxone, Sublocade (monthly Suboxone injection), Vivitrol Inj (Naltrexone). Treatment for withdrawal symptoms (Lucemyra). Medically supervised conversion from Methadone to Suboxone or complete taper to Naltrexone/Vivitrol. Slow Benzodiazepine taper and alcohol treatment. In addition, we have a full staff of therapists in-house.
