My goal is to help you feel like yourself again. I believe in warm regard, open communication, and curiosity. I practice psychodynamic therapy and supportive therapy, which means that we work together to build a treatment relationship directed at helping you feel better.
Because I don't work with health insurers, I'm able to run a patient-focused practice where we can design our treatment plan together without the influence of a third party. We can take the time to discuss your challenges and guide you towards comfort and resolution. If you have out-of-network coverage, I'll help you maximize your reimbursement.
