Clients I work with often seek medication management and therapy to treat symptoms, understand themselves better, and develop strategies for lasting change. They encounter challenges such as anxiety, depression, or navigating life transitions, and may deal with self-doubt or feel overwhelmed by stress. I provide my clients with a safe space to express themselves and offer practical tools to manage emotions. I accept several insurance plans and am currently welcoming new clients in Massachusetts, Maryland, New York, and Washington State.
