Teen DBT Peer Group
Objective: This group will help teens learn healthy coping skills to manage their thoughts, emotions, and behaviors. The skills include mindfulness, self-regulation, distress tolerance, interpersonal effectiveness, and a balanced way of thinking to experience more positive social interactions and accepting our emotions. Discussing: Mindfulness and Self Awareness, Thoughts, Emotions, Behaviors, Reducing Painful Emotions Coping skills, building skills to manage mood, Improving Relationships. The Teen DBT Group for Females will be held Wednesdays 4:30pm-5:30pm and the Males Group Thursdays 5:30pm-6:30pm starting the 1st week of June 2024.

Growing with Grief Support Group
Objective: This group will help individuals come together to share in experiences of grief and loss of all kinds, including death, loss of identity, safety, relationship, life transitions, etc. and build a community of connection to support individual and group grief journeys. Within this space, we will share personal journeys related to grief and loss of all kinds, learn new concepts and ways to identify where and what we are feeling, explore ways to support healing and create an opportunity for deeper connection. This group meets Wednesdays virtually 7:15pm-8:15pm returning June 5th, 2024.
