Youth Anxiety Management Group

Learn practical skills that allow youth to successfully navigate educational and social environments with confidence! The group series begins with identifying target goals and psychoeducation about anxiety. Subsequent groups focus on youth developing the skills and strategies necessary to manage anxiety, especially when it starts to interfere in our daily lives and hinder success in school, friendships, and in activities, The group closes with exploring helpful apps to maintain progress and a celebration! Group begins on January 7 and goes for 8 weeks ending on February 25th.
