Create more life-clarity and get after your goals by reviewing your past week and preparing for the week to come within an encouraging community. Just bring a journal or other way to take notes and find a comfy spot to reflect on your life, gratitudes, values and goals! We will start with a little grounding or meditation, have 20 minutes of guided journaling, then wrap up with a brief group discussion. No matter what the circumstances, grief is a painful process. GriefShare is a safe, welcoming place where people understand the difficult emotions of grief. Over 13 weeks, you’ll find relief and comfort as you learn what to expect in the days ahead and how to navigate your personal grief process. At a weekly GriefShare meeting, you will view a video featuring respected counselors, teachers, and healthcare professionals on grief-related topics and engage in supportive conversation. Content includes biblical options for navigating grief. A Christian faith is not required to participate. All are welcome! There is no fee.
