Your Hero's Journey Adult Therapy Group

Your Hero’s Journey is an in-person adult therapy group at Inner Peace Psychological Care in Schaumburg, IL. The group uses comics and storytelling as therapeutic tools to explore emotions, identity, and life challenges in a supportive, structured setting. No art experience is required, and sharing is always optional. This group may be a good fit for adults who are neurodivergent, experience social anxiety, or are interested in a non-traditional approach to group therapy.
