This group is based on the book and program by Sonja Renee Taylor. The group will work on identifying barriers to self-love, self-confidence, success, healthy and happy relationships and much more. Through the lens of micro and macro views, we will be able to reimagine ourselves in a world that betters serves us and that we can serve differently.

When Love is Not Enough
This group will look at the effects of co-dependency in relationships, learning skills to both identify and to adjust behaviors that are not serving the individual and the relationships that are being affected. We will define and utilize strategies to set healthy and helpful boundaries. We will look at how unhealed personal wounds can affect relationships and learn how to heal those wounds. Through group exercises, conversation, silent meditation and much more, we will find out how to be in more peaceful and fulfilling relationships with both self and others. All adults, 18 and up are welcome. Insurance accepted
