This psychoeducation group is designed to be trauma-informed, culturally responsive, and developmentally appropriate, offering both education and interpersonal support tailored for adults in LGBTQ+ relationships. Topics for Week 1-8: Orientation & Psychological Safety, Understanding Minority Stress in Relationships, Communication Foundations, Conflict &De-escalation Skills, Attachment & Emotional Safety, Relationships & Boundaries, Intimacy & Connection, Closure & Future Planning
