This is a combined educational and support group for young adults (20-37) experiencing difficulties with managing either chronic pain or illness and the impact it has on their life (dating, social, familial, medical fatigue, etc.). The first half of each group will have education on managing chronic pain/illness and the second half will be facilitated as a support group for each of the members. Of note, this group will be held virtually and will start on November 5th and last for 8 sessions. We will be meeting on Tuesdays at 6pm.
