Young Adult Support Group

This weekly group focuses on helping young adults (Ages 18-29) who are dealing with anxiety, stress, depression, COVID-19 related issues, and struggling with the transition to early adulthood. This therapeutic support group provides individuals with social, emotional, and practical support while navigating the challenges of early adulthood and college and/or careers.
