Young Adult Support Group
This group supports young adults 17-24 years old (post high school). The group is a mix of general support, guidance, and skills to manage symptoms of depression, anxiety. Most importantly, this group helps clients to adjust to adulthood: exploration of goals, identity, navigating relationships (personal and career) and adult responsibilities. This group is open to current clients; and new clients who receive an initial intake appointment before the first group AND have an external therapist. Please make a consultation appointment to get started. Cost for current clients is $90; and non-clients is $110, per group session.

This group is for people who struggle with depression, and possibly anxiety as well. We focus on thoughts, behaviors, and relationship skills to promote an anti-depression lifestyle. If you have depression now, or are prone to depression, this group is essential to treat a current episode with or without medication, and prevent or better manage future episodes.
